We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Management Specialist to support maintenance management programs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Maintenance Management Specialist will support the unit's maintenance management programs, help implement maintenance procedures, and analyze maintenance trends.

About the Opportunity
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Track preventive maintenance schedules and verify compliance across assigned equipment platforms
- Maintain and update equipment readiness status and maintenance trackers
- Analyze maintenance trends, readiness data, and workflow efficiencies; recommend improvements
- Monitor corrective maintenance actions, work orders, and parts status for timely resolution
- Support development of maintenance readiness reports and summaries
- Assist with inspections, audits, and readiness evaluations
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, logs, trackers, and readiness reports
- Maintain appointment letters, designation memorandums, and training documentation
- Track and ensure required certifications and licensing remain current
- Research maintenance policies, directives, and procedures for compliance
- Serve as liaison between maintenance sections and higher headquarters
- Coordinate maintenance priorities, deadlines, and tasking across supported units
- Support implementation of new maintenance systems, technologies, or procedural updates
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET security clearance required
- Minimum 5 years of experience with GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Office applications
- Working knowledge of Marine Corps maintenance and maintenance management program operating procedures
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 0800–1600 (standard 40-hour work week)
- No work on recognized federal holidays
Additional Information
- Occasional travel may be required for training/professional conferences (travel costs covered, no cost to employee)
- Candidates must be able to obtain base access credentials (DBIDS registration or CAC) for Camp Lejeune/MCAS New River
This position is contingent upon contract award. No employment offer is guaranteed, and hiring is subject to the successful award of the underlying government contract.
