Position Summary
The Program Manager / Engagement Manager holds overall responsibility for contract performance under a federal real estate portfolio and customer account management support engagement. This person integrates the work of a multidisciplinary team, controls quality, manages risk, and serves as the primary point of coordination with the client's contracting and program staff. This is a Key Personnel position.Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all contract support functions across portfolio management, customer account management, and occupancy administration
- Track deliverable schedules and review all reports and work products prior to client submission
- Lead the program mobilization effort and the current-state review of the client's real estate functions, workload, data, and governance arrangements
- Develop and maintain the mobilization and transition plan, including staffing, schedule, risks, and immediate actions
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, and client leadership
- Manage staffing continuity, coverage, and the knowledge-transfer plan supporting the client's transition to federal staff
- Prepare and deliver the Monthly Progress Report and support recurring management reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution
- 10 years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience, including at least 5 years supporting large or complex real estate organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary professional services teams
- Demonstrated experience with federal sector real estate programs
- Experience supporting multi-tenant office portfolios or facilities exceeding 500,000 square feet
- Ability to pass a federal security investigation for unescorted building access
