About the Role
We are seeking a Mindfulness Coach to join a Holistic Human Performance (HHF) team supporting Airmen of the 621st Contingency Response Wing at JBMDL. This position is contingent upon contract award and requires candidates to be clearance-eligible in advance of a potential start date.
Responsibilities

Deliver mindfulness and cognitive resilience coaching to support decision-making under stress and fatigue management
Support Airmen preparing for high-tempo, short-notice deployments with portable, mission-specific mental performance guidance
Conduct assessments and maintain secure, compliant records of coaching sessions and outcomes
Provide monthly performance reporting metrics to the COR
Coordinate with Athletic Trainers and Functional Strength Coaches as part of an integrated HP team

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sports Psychology, or related field
Current relevant coaching/counseling certification
U.S. citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance prior to start; must maintain clearance for the duration of the contract
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a field environment, including hours of darkness and inclement weather
Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening (urinalysis)
