Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, professionally certified coaches to provide individual and team coaching to executives, managers, new leaders, and professional staff.
This is an as-needed professional services opportunity. Candidates may be considered for the Coach labor category and, if qualifications support the requirements, the optional Executive Coach labor category.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching professional staff and leaders.
  • Active professional coaching certification from a recognized/accredited organization, such as:
    • International Coaching Federation (ICF)
    • Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE)
    • Co-Active Training Institute (CTI)
    • Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC)
  • Maintain professional coaching certification throughout the term of the engagement.
  • ICF certification is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating assessment tools, including Hogan, into coaching deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following:
    • Integrating concepts of equity into coaching techniques and methods
    • Individual coaching at any/all levels of staff
    • Facilitating team or group coaching
    • Overseeing peer-based coaching
Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to executives and managers.
  • Coach new leaders as they transition into leadership roles and integrate with internal teams.
  • Build leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Provide team coaching.
  • Help teams develop:

  • Identify team strengths and gaps.
  • Conduct team interventions and team-building sessions.
  • Integrate assessment results and tools into coaching engagements.
  • Develop appropriate coaching content and materials.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional coaching standards.
Work Requirements
  • Availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to provide onsite services at the client's facilities or another client-designated location.
  • Ability to provide virtual services when mutually agreed upon.
