Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced keynote speaker capable of delivering compelling, relevant, and high-impact presentations for organizational events, conferences, leadership audiences, and broad employee groups.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering keynote presentations for organizational events, conferences, or leadership audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage large audiences with compelling and relevant messaging.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas related to:
    • Leadership
    • Organizational culture
    • Professional development
    • Talent development
    • Related leadership or workforce topics
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver high-impact presentations that inspire, motivate, or inform.
  • Strong platform skills, including:
    • Storytelling
    • Presentation presence
    • Audience engagement
    • Effective communication
  • Ability to present to both senior-level leaders and broad employee audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver keynote presentations.
  • Tailor presentations to the client's audience and organizational objectives.
  • Engage large and diverse audiences.
  • Deliver compelling leadership, organizational culture, and professional-development content.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand event objectives and audience needs.
